Product Description:
Cast Iron Pot- Compared to pots made from other materials, the Dutch Oven is made from the highest quality cast iron and will last a lifetime (or more) with proper care. With the Overmont Dutch Oven you can cook, roast, stew, fry, stew and bake anywhere. Whether in the garden, barbecue area or campfire, it is mobile and can be used flexibly, even in the house on the stove or in the oven (except induction stoves and microwave ovens)
Double function lid & grill plate - thanks to the integrated legs, the pot can also be placed directly in the embers. The lid also has such legs and can therefore also be used as a pan for frying meat, fish or eggs, or simply as a plate.
Practical accessories - our scope of delivery includes a lid lifter, with which you can lift the lid safely and conveniently, e.g. B. to control the cooking process. Thanks to the sturdy hanger, you can hang it over an open fire. The unmistakable feature of the Overmont Dutch Oven is the large eagle on the lid. It symbolizes Overmont's commitment to the outdoors: freedom, strength and love of life.
Energy saving and environmental protection - This cast iron material offers unique advantages for this purpose: With its great weight, the pot stores heat for an extremely long time, so it keeps the contents warm for a long time. The heat is distributed evenly over the whole pot and also on the tight-fitting lid. This will evenly heat the entire contents. The Dutch Oven is already seasoned, so it can be used immediately.
Care Instructions - After use, cleaning the Oven is fairly easy. Thoroughly brush dry after rinsing. The pot and lid should (to protect against rust) be lightly greased inside and outside with cooking oil while they are still as warm as possible (possibly warm them up briefly in the oven). Finally, wipe off the excess oil with a cloth, done!
