• CRUCIBLE Composed OF PURE GRAPHITE - The crucible is made of pure graphite to provide great heat resistance. The crucible is generated via rotating in order to ensure the mineral's complete stability. The groove shape makes pouring and filling the melt easier.
• HIGHLY ADVANCED PID MODULE- The silver melting furnace comes with an advanced PID module and digital control system to ensure precise and convenient metal melting. The melting furnace's real temperature is 1150 degrees Celsius, which is checked every 2 seconds without overheating or cooling.
• HEAT-RESISTANT DESIGN - Heat-resistant and beneficial insulating materials are used. Heating elements positioned radially are fully functional and generate a homogeneous temperature distribution in the melting crucible. The requisite melting temperature is quickly obtained because of its high performance and efficient insulation.
• INSULATION GRID & TONGS - Insulation grids protect the heating chamber from inadvertent contact. The melting crucible has a melting clamp that fits into the groove around the crucible head, allowing you to safely utilize the hot melt crucible.
• EXTENSIVE APPLICATION SCENARIOS - When the gold melting furnace is run without a crucible (with the cover on), it can reach over 1000 degrees Celsius in 12-20 minutes; when the crucible is used, it takes 20-30 minutes to reach that temperature. This furnace is designed for the processing of precious metals such as gold, silver, and copper. It has the capacity to melt 1000g gold, 543g silver, 461g copper, and 140g aluminum.
