Product Details

The CNC 3018 PRO is an improved version of the 3018 CNC and features "DURABLE ALUMINUM PROFILES." The frame is mostly constructed from materials with great strength and precision, including bakelite and aluminum alloy. Additionally, it contains two acrylic bezel pieces on each side, allowing you to safely watch the engraving process. This engraving machine's working travel measures 300(X) x 180(Y) x 45(Z) mm.
The three upgraded axes are intended to achieve planar engraving. The knob allows the axes to be manually manipulated, making it easier to adjust the carving tool settings. The driving units are made up of 4 mm-long screw rods made of T8 stainless steel. To correct round-trip mistakes, it employs twin copper nuts.
GRBL & OFFLINE CONTROL - The GRBL control has full capability and an XYZ axis drive. The following are some of the benefits of the offline controller: 1. No connection to the computer is required; 2. Free choice of offline files for engraving 3. Manually switch on or off the spindle and adjust the X, Y, and Z axes positions to set the engraving beginning point.
Three 42 stepper motors and a 775 (12-36V) 24V spindle motor with a rotational speed of 10,000 r/min are included in this CNC engraving machine's high-speed motor configuration. You also have access to a second, 2500mw laser with a 450nm wavelength. Additionally, the engraver supports the Mac OS, Windows XP SP3, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 (32/64), and other software to directly import files in the JPG, BMP, PNG, and DXF formats for engraving.
