The all-flat surface heats evenly throughout for consistent cooking results, making it ideal for a variety of foods.
- USER-FRIENDLY OPERATION- The handy temperature control button allows you to create a cooking zone that can be evenly heated and effectively cook foods for your customers. Temperatures can be easily adjusted from 50°C (122°F) to 300°C (572°F) using the control button.
- FOOD-GRADE MATERIAL- Made of food-grade stainless steel, the commercial griddle is extremely stable and easy to clean, with a thickened cast-iron cooking plate.
- EASY CLEANING AND RELIABILITY- Welded splash guards keep spilt grease from splashing your walls and other equipment. A slide-out grease drawer collects excess oil and food remnants for quick and easy clean-up; multiple air vents on both sides effectively dissipate heat.
