The 3KG Digital Automatic Melt Furnace's small size makes it perfect for business use. Both the workshop and the smelting furnace can process valuable metals like gold, silver, and copper because they are made of high-quality materials and can exceed industry standards.
"3KG MELTING FURNACE" - The 3 kg capacity gold melting furnace has a high-purity graphite crucible with high-temperature resistance. The furnace wire seal integrated machine can reach a rapid temperature of 1150 °C or 2102 °F in a short period of time. With the cover closed, the furnace can reach temperatures of more than 1000 degrees Celsius in roughly 12–20 minutes; with the crucible in place, it takes 20–30 minutes to reach those temperatures.
A pure graphite crucible is used to melt precious metals in a "HIGH-PURITY CRUCIBLE." This crucible greatly reduces the melting time thanks to its high thermal conductivity qualities. Additionally, the groove shape makes it easier to pour and fill melts.
ADVANCED PID MODULE - To provide you with precise and practical metal melting, the autonomous electric melting furnace is outfitted with an advanced PID module. Every two seconds, the melting furnace's temperature is checked to ensure that it is neither overheated nor cooled.
The insulating grids prevent unintentional contact with the heating chamber, demonstrating "HUMANIZED DESIGN." The graphite crucible can be removed from the furnace with ease using the crucible tong. Additionally, the electric melting furnace has a small body and two handles that make it simple to transport and carry.
EXTENSIVE APPLICATION - Our digital electric melting furnace is excellent for processing precious metals like gold, silver, and copper and can satisfy the demands of industry and workshops. It has a melting capacity of 3000g gold, 1630g silver, 1382g copper, and 419g aluminum.
