- Six Nichrome Heating Wires: The 0.02"/0.5 mm heating wire is made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy, which has the characteristic of high precision, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. And the heating wire is installed by the spring, which independently generates the tension for efficient processing.
- Laser Marking Workbench: Compared with other silk-screen printing workbenches, ours adopts advanced laser marking technology. The area where the scale is displayed has higher abrasion performance, which allows you to quickly and accurately locate the cutting angle to achieve more precise cutting.
- Aluminum Movable Frame: The movable aluminum frame makes the foam cutter machine lightweight for convenient lifting and carrying on the construction site. Thanks to the ball-bearing guide, the cutting bar slides smoothly through the styrofoam plate. Also, the pre-assembled stop tabs & the depth limiter enable the stable operation and exact repeat cuts.
- IP68 Adapter Power Supply: This foam cutting machine is equipped with a transformer with a waterproof rating of IP 68, ensuring proper functioning even under adverse weather conditions. With this adapter, the wire is heated to the cutting temperature after just 1-2 seconds, ideal for cutting foam, sponge, pearl cotton, etc.
