The bench, covered with thick foam padding to allow you work out comfortably, can be adjusted to four different angles, allowing you to work on your sit-ups and leg raises etc. at a position which is correct for you. Also covered in foam, the three-level adjustable rollers give your feet and hands a secure place to hold on to, with ropes attached to allow you to do curl ups and more.
